How EBH Coaching supports your growth and flourishing
Life transformation follows a predictable cycle for individuals and organizations alike. EBH Consulting LLC uses evidence-based, neuroscience-driven, metaphor-rich tools designed to help you face change, dream big, move forward with peace, and thrive.
The first thing I seek to discover is this: How are you leading and managing yourself? —EBH
The coaching process is grounded in the assumption that the client is resourceful and whole and knows best. Coaches don’t treat depression or mental illness. We don’t give advice or tell clients what to do.
As your coach, I will help you to:
- Identify the area(s) of least satisfaction
- Find the self-reinforcing thoughts, stories, and beliefs that cause stress and that keep you from getting what you want
- Help you dissolve limiting, painful thoughts and reveal new possibilities
- Support you in finding your best path forward by reminding you of your truth, by helping you set goals, and by cheering you on.
Coaches ask powerful questions. EBH Coaching helps clients to discover their goals and develop strategies for achieving them. I help successful people achieve greater satisfaction and success by leveraging their strengths in settings that fit. I coach the whole human being using the latest findings from positive psychology and neuro-psychology.
Human beings run on three operating systems —cognitive, emotional, and physical — designed to work in sophisticated synchrony. To find our optimal life path, we must keep this finely tuned system healthy, open, and clean. The cognitive brain processes 40 bits of information per second, while the unconscious mind processes a staggering 11 million bits of information per second, beneath your awareness. EBH Coaching works with both mind and body to discover what’s right for you. Together we will ensure that your life is not ruled by pain or toxins that inhibit your brilliance.
My deep knowledge of the nonprofit world and its unique pressures will help make the most of your coaching time. A complimentary half hour conversation can help us determine whether I am the right coach for you.
