WHAT
- Our Equus Coaching workshop provides a safe and playful learning environment where you can learn about yourself and experiment with effective new ways to make things happen. EXPLORE, EXPAND
- As extremely sensitive prey animals—less motivated to please than are dogs—horses provide precise, immediate, kind feedback about how you show up and express yourself. AWARENESS
- Round pen exercises, boundary-setting leading exercises, and team herding will illuminate your brilliance and reveal what may keep you feeling stuck. CLARITY
- Get extremely specific in communicating your vision. There are no “mistakes.” Every exercise is a source of neutral feedback and self-compassion, which is the birthplace of innovation and growth. PRACTICE

“The way you do one thing is the way you do everything; that’s why Equus Coaching works. My first performance review—in 1986—said ‘cares too much, tries too hard.’ That can still be true, but Equus Coaching has taught me how to quiet my verbal mind, stay present, take in subtle feedback, and gently empower myself and others in challenging situations. Receiving 1,000 pounds of direct feedback from a horse is a great way to see—and shift—your truth. Join us. You’ll see.”
