EBH Equus Coaching™ is a ridiculously efficient personal development experience in which clients of all ages and backgrounds find, feel, and practice their own authentic leadership style. It helps you discover what makes you brilliant—and what may be holding you back. Assisted by gentle horses, you will:
- Return to your senses, in nature, and align your head, heart, and gut
- Access a core truth—something you’re longing to feel, do, be
- Articulate a precise vision of what you really want…and ask for it
- Try on new ways to connect with and inspire followers
- Practice staying present in stressful situations so you can read the rich feedback that others are giving you
- Tackle a challenging task with others and try new ways to cooperate
- Integrate the learning with take-home exercises and a follow-up call
