Coaching with EBH

Bigstock row of lightbulbsGrow and thrive with EBH Executive Coaching and Personal Coaching

Life transformation follows a predictable cycle for individuals and organizations alike.  EBH Consulting LLC uses evidence-based, neuroscience-driven, metaphor-rich tools designed to help you face change, dream big, move forward with peace, and thrive.

The first thing I seek to discover is this:  How are you leading and managing yourself? —EBH

Our work begins with the assumption that the client is resourceful and whole and, when supported and stretched, knows best.

I will help you to:

  1. Identify the area(s) of least satisfaction and patterns you may wish to change.
  2. Find and help to dissolve the self-reinforcing thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that cause stress and that keep you from getting what you want.
  3. Reveal new possibilities in work and in life.
  4. Support you in finding your best path forward by reminding you of your truth, by helping you set goals, and by cheering you on.

EBH coaches the whole human. I help successful people achieve greater satisfaction and success by leveraging their strengths in settings that fit. I coach the whole human being using the latest findings from positive psychology and neuro-psychology.

My deep knowledge of the nonprofit world and its unique pressures will help make the most of your coaching time.  A complimentary half hour conversation can help us determine whether I am the right coach for you.

Seek the real truth from each staff member and candidate: who are you? Where have you been? How are you wired? What’s your highest, best use?

When work teams get stuck, I ask these pointed questions: What is most important for us to do now and why? What is the best, easiest, most joyful way to achieve this goal? What’s in our way? Is our plan explicit, realistic, and understood?

Trying times require leaders to tune into the whole human system: cognitive, emotional, physical, and yes, spiritual. Great leaders notice discomfort and stop to ask questions.
